Comments We are conducting a study that is aimed at reducing the risk of known triggers of heart attacks. These triggers include feeling angry or anxious, eating a heavy or fatty meal, doing exercise at a greater level than normal or having a respiratory infection. We would like to speak to your members about heart disease, how these triggers impact on people with known cardiac risk factors. If following our talk any of your members would like to participate in the study that would be a bonus for us.

About Rotary District 9685

Rotary District 9685 is one of two districts in Sydney, Australia. It's boundaries stretch from the Mountains to the Sea north of Sydney Harbour, reaching across the Hawkesbury River and north to Toukley on the Central Coast. The Blue Mountains define its western boundary, beautiful beaches define its eastern border, and rural communities make up its western and northern borders.
